Returns Policy

ALL BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.


RETURN POLICY
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of your item(s) delivery date. Clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. All tags must be attached.
If an item is returned to us in a non-resalable condition, it may be returned to you at your cost. No exceptions.

RETURN TIMEFRAME
Returns must be requested via email within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of your item(s) delivery date. All items must be shipped back and received at Bestie of the Bride within 7 days (about 1 week) of the return being approved by us. Please ensure your package will arrive on time. If we do not receive your return within 7 days of approving the return, it will not be approved for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN PROCESS

After submitting your request via email at returns@bestieofthebride.com, your return will be under review, and any refund or exchange order will be on hold until we receive your original order. If your request is approved, you will receive an email with the return instructions and shipping address. Please ensure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when shipped back to Bestie of the Bride. Returns/exchanges shipped to Bestie of the Bride prior to receiving approval will be considered abandoned goods and will forfeit any refund or exchange. **EXCHANGE ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL EXCHANGES: see policy below.**

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has arrived at our warehouse to be processed for refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING COST
You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item(s) to Bestie of the Bride. Bestie of the Bride does not pay for shipping or handling costs on returns or exchanges unless the item(s) arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part.
We recommend sending your return(s) with a tracking number. Bestie of the Bride is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. Bestie of the Bride DOES, however, offer free shipping on new orders placed, including exchange orders over $200 USD.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your item(s) returned is(are) received. Please allow up to an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Each banking institution is different, contact your bank for specific details regarding refunds.


EXCHANGES
Your exchange order will ship within 7-10 business days AFTER your return has been processed (See Our Processing Time for details). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your exchange order has been fulfilled.

RETURNS ON EXCHANGE ORDERS**
We do not offer exchanges on exchange orders. Only original orders may be exchanged. We do not offer returns on exchanged orders. Only original orders may be returned.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All jewelry, accessories, sale, and clearance items are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale. No exceptions.
